How we get the personal data and why we have it?

  • To register you for the events and in this regard maintain communication and provide up-to date information;

  • Prepare and send you billing information about the event you have registered to;

  • Provide you access to the event you have registered to;

  • Prepare and send confirmation of attendance after the event;

  • Maintain communication in case the event is cancelled;

  • Send you information about the upcoming events if you have subscribed for receiving such information;

  • Carry out surveys about the events you have attended or are interested in.

 

Most of the personal data we process is provided to us directly by you. But we may also receive your personal data indirectly, from the companies or other payers who make payment for the registration for the event on your behalf.

 

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

How we store your personal data?

Your personal data is securely stored in the computer-based storage facilities or the physical archive. Only authorised persons are allowed to access these storage facilities. All our staff is trained to ensure security and confidentiality in handling your personal data.

 

We keep your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which your personal data is collected and otherwise processed. After the end of the retention period, we will securely dispose your personal data by deleting the data kept in a digital format or destroying paper documents.

You are not required to pay any fee for exercising your data protection rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
